Marshall Cleaning Service does things differently. You purchase a “Block of Time” and your “Marshall Agent(s)” clean as many of your priorities as they can in the time purchased. Everyone’s needs are different, so this allows you the flexibility to customize your cleaning to what you need done the most. Any normal household chores you assign and there are NO EXTRA FEES!!!!

We offer regular recurring cleanings, one-time cleanings, and move-in / move-out cleans.  Marshall Cleaning Service does not require contracts!  Our goal is to be your permanent cleaning service. We let our work speak for itself.  Our fee provides all cleaning supplies and equipment plus your “Marshall Agent(s)”.

Having your “Priority List” for your "Marshall Agent(s)” when they arrive, allows for the highest level of efficiency with the “Block of Time” that you purchase.  Your Marshall Agent(s) will assist you in maximizing the time to ensure the most important things on your list get done.
HOW MUCH TIME SHOULD I PURCHASE?

You purchase at least a 90 minute block of time.  For regular weekly or bi-weekly service, we recommend a block of time based on the square footage of your home.  We know that every home is unique and different allowing us to customize your service.

WHAT DOES MARSHALL HOUSE CLEANING RECOMMEND?

2 - 3 man hours per 1,000 sq. ft. Home

HOW CAN I GET THE MOST OUT OF MY "BLOCK OF TIME"?

We have many suggestions of how you can do this:

Alternate floors with each clean.
EXAMPLE: 1st clean ONLY main level of home – 2nd clean ONLY second level of home.

Have your Marshall Agent(s) clean only the heavily used rooms in your home.

EXAMPLE: Bathrooms, Kitchen, Children’s room.

Have a Priority list ready when your Marshall Agent(s) Arrives.
EXAMPLE: Kitchen (including wiping cabinets, Organize Pantry,) then Bathrooms, Foyer (including Pictures, Baseboards) Dining area, Bedrooms.

Marshall provides customized cleaning which means - “Any normal household chores you assign – no extra fees!”


Our highly trained staff can serve you in multiple ways.  Anything you ask (within reason and inside the time block you purchased) your Marshall Agent(s) will be ready to serve.
