HOW WE CLEAN AREA RUGS

1. Our trained technicians communicate with you before arrival, making sure you know they are on their way.
2. Our team will start by inspecting the area rugs you want cleaned and talk through the cleaning process with you. ( Please note that in some cases we cannot clean area rugs on hardwood floors, and we will have to move them to a different surface to clean them.). Our technician will discuss and go over topics like different fibers, pet treatments, spots / stains, rug protection and dry time.
3. Then, Marshall will move furniture that is safe for us to move and prepare the area for cleaning. (Customers are encouraged to move as much as they can before we arrive so we can serve you the best)
4. We start the area rug cleaning process by pre vacuuming the entire rug before we start the spot cleaning process.  Marshall focuses on spot cleaning areas that need extra attention and then pre-spraying all areas of the rug.
5. Our technician connects to our state-of-the-art truck mount system to steam clean your rug.  This provides a very deep and powerful cleaning.  Unwanted dirt, allergens, odors, and spots get safely extracted out to our truck.
6. The powerful suction of our truck mount system removes a significant amount of dirt and water so your area rug will dry quickly.
7. Lastly, we will complete a final inspection to make sure you are happy with your clean rug.

In some cases, we will recommend off-site cleaning where your rug will be transported to our warehouse where it will be inspected, dusted, cleaned, rinsed, and dried with special care.
