HOW MARSHALL CLEANS CARPET

1. Our trained technicians communicate with you before arrival, making sure you know they are on their way.
2. Upon arrival, our team will start by inspecting the rooms you want to be cleaned and talk through the carpet cleaning process with you.
3. Then, Marshall will move furniture that is safe for us to move and prepare the area for cleaning. (Customers are encouraged to move as much as they can before we arrive so we can serve you the best)
4. We start the carpet cleaning process by pre vacuuming the entire area before we start the spot cleaning process.  Marshall focuses on spot cleaning areas that need extra attention and then pre-spraying all areas of the carpet.
5. Then we connect to our state of the art truck mount systems.  These machines pump hot water / steam into your carpet to release any dirt and grime deep within the fibers, then extract the water and remove the dirt.
6. Because our system is so powerful, its suction removes a significant amount of water, dirt, and unwanted allergens so your carpet will dry within hours.
7. Finally, we will complete an inspection with you to make sure you are happy with your clean carpet..
