Packages are as defined and are limited to their specific scope of work offered and may not be changed or altered unless otherwise noted. Additional cost is based upon square footage and other restrictions notated within plan guidelines. A “Senior” is defined as any individual aged 65+ or older. A “Veteran” is defined as any individual that has served in US Armed forces, whether active, inactive, retired, or reserve, whether peace time or war time. These discounts or any other listed discounts cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. The “Senior” or “Veteran” discount may not be combined and use on the same package. Discounts must be applied to regular price packages and cannot be used in conjunction to or combined with any other discount or discount site pricing.  All service for packages listed above must be within the geographical 20 miles radius from zip code 37912. Additional gutter cleanings with a 25% off discount, may be purchased within the same year and for service at the same property address. Priority scheduling is subject to rescheduling due to adverse or unfavorable weather conditions, such as rain, wind, lighting, freezing temperatures, and any other weather condition deemed unsafe for our technicians, equipment, or service address property.  Marshall Cleaning Service will always communicate with you, our client, about scheduling and fulfillment of your service. Before and after pictures are available upon request.  All photo requests should be emailed to at least 24 hours prior to service visit. Please allow an additional 24-48 hours following service for your photos to be available to view. We do offer an additional 20% savings when you opt to schedule one of our other many services. This discount is available as long as you are a current package subscriber.  To view a list of all of our offered services please visit our website at The option is available to “prepay” for subscription services for an entire year. When doing so, you will pay for 11 months and get the 12th month free. “Spot Check” is available during the life of your yearly subscription.  A “Spot Check” is defined as clogged or blocked area in one section (2-3’) of your entire gutter system. This is a limited service in that it will not replace a complete gutter interior cleaning. If our technician, recommends an additional interior cleaning, it can be provided at the 25% discounted rate. After each service, a Marshall Cleaning Service technician will leave a door hanger indicating that “YOU WERE SERVED”. This notification will be the only notification that service has been completed. Payment processing includes the storing of your credit card payment information on file securely within our online scheduling software. When signing up for a subscription-based package you acknowledge this process of storing your card information and give permission and approval for Marshall Cleaning Service to do so and continue to store this data on an ongoing basis. Also, you give permission for Marshall Cleaning Service to automatically run your credit card on file monthly, on a recurring basis unless you choose to cancel. When cancelling, you must do so in writing 15 days prior to the next billing cycle. If this cancellation occurs during the first month of your subscription, a minimum charge equal to one month of subscription service plus the regular price amount (based on square footage, height, and location) for the service provided is required and is non-refundable. This includes service cancelled within the first month. If the card on file cannot be processed it may result in a delay or cancellation of subscription-based services. If payment is not made within 20 days all scheduled services will be cancelled and subscription cancelled by default. Any subscription-based client has the ability to request a history of credit card payments and services provided as well as the option to change the card on file following a billing cycle but before the next billing cycle. This is normally provided by email. Please ask for this or any other processing history in writing and allow 3-5 business days for mailed requests.
