Interior
For most homes, about once a year, and more often with pets, kids, allergies or heavy foot traffic. Dull traffic lanes, lingering odors or worse allergy symptoms indoors are signs it's time.
We use professional hot water extraction, which removes embedded dirt, allergens, stains and odors from deep in the carpet fibers. We evaluate each carpet's type and condition first so we use the right approach.
Most carpets typically take 4–8 hours to dry after professional cleaning, depending on the carpet type, humidity, temperature, and cleaning method used. Good airflow, ceiling fans, and air conditioning can help speed up the drying process. For best results, we recommend limiting foot traffic until your carpets are completely dry.
Yes. Pet urine can soak below the surface into the padding, which is why odors often return after household cleaning. Our pet stain removal treatment targets the affected areas in carpet, rugs and upholstery.
No. Our hardwood floor cleaning removes dirt, grime, oils, cleaning-product residue and tracked-in debris from the surface to bring back a cleaner, brighter look. It doesn't sand or recoat the floor, so it's a good way to maintain your floors between refinishing projects.
Yes. Along with hardwood, we clean luxury vinyl plank (LVP) and other hard-surface flooring, removing the buildup and residue that regular mopping leaves behind.
We inspect each rug to identify its material, construction, condition, and areas needing special attention. Depending on the rug, we may use professional hot water extraction or another appropriate cleaning method. Delicate or heavily soiled rugs may require specialized off-site cleaning.
For most homes, about once a year. Schedule sooner if the rug looks dull or matted, holds pet odors or stains, or if allergies or dust seem worse indoors.
Grout is porous, so it absorbs dirt, spills, oils and cleaning residue. Mopping often spreads that grime across the floor instead of lifting it out. Professional tile and grout cleaning removes the buildup from tile surfaces and from deep in the grout lines.
Kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, entryways and hallways, as well as commercial restrooms, kitchens and lobbies. It's also a popular service before a move-in or a home sale.
Even with sheets and a mattress protector, mattresses collect dust, allergens, body oils, sweat, skin cells and odors below the surface. Professional mattress cleaning gives a deeper refresh than vacuuming.
After spills, pet accidents or illness, after guests have used it, when you notice odors or stains, if allergy symptoms seem worse in the bedroom, or if it has never been professionally cleaned.
Sofas, loveseats, sectionals, chairs, dining chairs, cushions and other fabric furniture, plus business seating such as office chairs, waiting room furniture and restaurant booths.
We inspect each piece first, identify spots and problem areas, and choose a cleaning method suited to the fabric and its condition.
Odors are often trapped in carpet, rugs, upholstery, mattresses and other porous materials. Sprays and air fresheners only mask the smell for a while. Our odor removal service helps identify odor sources and treats affected areas using professional cleaning methods and solutions.
Pet, smoke, musty, moisture, food and stale odors in homes and businesses. For odors from pet accidents, see our pet stain removal service.
Windows, glass doors, partitions, mirrors and other interior glass in homes and businesses, removing fingerprints, smudges, streaks, pet nose prints and everyday residue.
Yes. Our exterior window cleaning removes pollen, dirt, water spots and cobwebs from the outside of the glass.
Air Ducts & Vents
Common signs are dust blowing from vents or collecting quickly, pets or allergies in the home, recent remodeling or construction, and ducts that haven't been cleaned in years. Our air duct cleaning covers supply lines, return lines, main trunk lines and accessible HVAC components.
Aeroseal seals leaks from inside your duct system. Leaky return ducts can pull dust, humidity and pollutants in from attics, crawlspaces and wall cavities and push them into your living space. Sealing them can improve comfort, reduce hot and cold spots, and cut wasted energy. Learn more on our air duct sealing page.
Lint builds up deep in the vent line, restricting airflow, raising drying times and energy use, and increasing the risk of a dryer fire. Clothes that need more than one cycle, a dryer that runs unusually hot, or lint around the outside vent are signs it's time for dryer vent cleaning.
Exterior
No. For roofs we use a soft washing approach with low pressure and appropriate cleaners, not high-pressure blasting, and our house washing uses methods designed for siding, trim and other exterior materials.
They're usually algae and other organic growth that spread across shingles over time. Roof washing removes the streaks safely. Our article What Black Streaks on Your Roof Actually Mean explains more.
No, you typically don’t need to be home for our exterior cleaning services. As long as our team has access to the areas being cleaned, we can usually complete the work while you’re away. We may require access to an outdoor water source, depending on the services being performed. We simply ask that gates are unlocked, pets are secured, and any obstacles are cleared before your scheduled appointment. If your project requires special access or arrangements, we’ll coordinate those details with you in advance.
Our driveway cleaning targets tire marks, oil stains, algae, mildew, leaf stains and everyday grime, using professional equipment that cleans more evenly than homeowner tools. Older, deeply set oil stains may lighten rather than disappear completely, and we'll tell you what to expect when we see the surface.
Concrete, brick, pavers and other hard exterior surfaces. Driveway cleaning also pairs well with house washing and gutter cleaning.
Yes. Exterior window cleaning removes pollen, dirt, water spots, cobwebs and bug residue from the outside of the glass, and our interior window cleaning takes care of fingerprints, smudges and streaks inside.
Many customers book it as part of seasonal maintenance, after pollen season, before guests or a property showing, or together with house washing.
Durable hard surfaces such as concrete, brick, driveways, sidewalks, patios, walkways, retaining walls and entrances. For materials that high pressure could damage, like siding and roofs, we use low-pressure soft washing instead. See house washing and roof washing.
Pressure washing uses higher water pressure to clean durable surfaces like concrete and brick. Soft washing uses low pressure with appropriate cleaners for more delicate materials, such as roofs and siding. We match the method to the surface to clean effectively while reducing the risk of damage.
Yes. Algae, mildew and grime can make concrete, brick and walkways slippery, especially in shaded or damp areas. Pressure washing removes that buildup and leaves a cleaner, safer walking surface.
Yes. Our awning cleaning is designed for fabric, vinyl and other exterior awning materials, and removes dirt, mildew, pollen, bird droppings and weather stains.
Both. We clean storefront, restaurant and office awnings, as well as patio, porch and window awnings at homes.
We choose the cleaning method for your fence's material, to clean wood and vinyl fences effectively while avoiding the damage that too much pressure or harsh techniques can cause.
Usually algae, mildew and other organic growth, especially in shaded or damp areas, along with dirt, pollen, grass clippings and irrigation stains. Fence cleaning removes that buildup.
Brick, concrete, siding, metal, vinyl, signs, fences and painted surfaces. Paint, marker and spray residue bond differently to each material, so we evaluate the surface first and choose the approach that removes the markings while minimizing damage.
Prompt removal restores your property's appearance, protects customer confidence, and may discourage additional markings.
It depends on the trees around your home. Gutters in tree-covered areas can clog quickly during seasonal changes. If it has been several months since your last cleaning, or water spills over the gutters when it rains, it's time.
Yes. We remove leaves, sticks, shingle grit, pine needles, and other debris from gutters and accessible downspouts to help rainwater drain properly away from your building.
Yes. We clean both wood and composite decks, choosing the method by the deck's material and condition to remove buildup without unnecessary damage.
Yes. Cleaning first removes dirt, algae, mildew and weather buildup so the surface is ready, which is why many customers schedule deck cleaning before sealing or staining.
Commercial
Yes. We schedule commercial work around your hours to minimize disruption, and we build cleaning plans around your schedule, traffic and standards. See our commercial services.
Hard-surface flooring and tile in entryways, offices, hallways and common areas. For carpeted areas, see commercial carpet cleaning, and for grout lines, commercial tile and grout cleaning.
Exterior walls, siding, brick, stucco, metal panels, awnings, trim and entry areas, removing dirt, algae, mildew, pollen and cobwebs. Building washing pairs well with window cleaning, gutter cleaning and pressure washing.
Yes. Along with interior windows, we clean glass doors, partitions and other interior glass in offices, lobbies, showrooms, waiting rooms and retail spaces.
